50年前的1972年12月底，在河内、海防等越南北部多个城市的上空，越南军民英勇作战，击落了美国空军“空中堡垒” B-52轰炸机，创造了“河内-空中奠边府”大捷。 “河内-空中奠边府”大捷是二十世纪越南民族伟大的史诗，在民族抗击侵略史上书写了辉煌的篇章。这场大捷将永远是胡志明时代越南人民智慧与本领的象征。 1972年初，越南人民抗美救国战争进入了白热化阶段。在军事、政治、外交三个战线上都取得了巨大的胜利。美军的“越南化”战争战略面临彻底崩溃的风险。 为了挽救“越南化”战争战略，美帝国决定使用B-52轰炸机进行战略空袭，迫使越南接受更改后的《巴黎协定》，摧毁越南北方经济和国防实力，遏制对南方革命的支持，动摇越南人民与美国作战的决心，镇压世界人民的斗争运动。 1972年12月，美军调动了二战以来最大规模的兵力空袭越南，包括美军当时拥有的400架B-52轰炸机中的193架，3043架战术空军飞机中的1077架，24艘航空母舰中的6艘，50多架空中加油机及太平洋第七舰队的60艘各类军舰等。 越南共产党和胡志明主席从早已准确地预测情况，看透美军将北部战争升级和拖延战争的诡计。当美军于1965年将B-52投入越南战场，屡屡对越南同胞狠下毒手时，胡志明主席要求防空空军部队研究B-52应对方案。胡伯伯预测：“美军迟早会派B-52攻击河内，越战中，美军必定会输，而其就是败在河内上空之战后”。 正如胡伯伯预测的那样，1972年12月18日至29日，美军进行了“后卫II”行动（Linebacker II），出动飞机4583架次，其中B-52飞机663架次，向越南北部投掷数万吨炸弹，仅在河内，美国空军投掷了超过1万吨炸弹。 怀着必胜的信心，河内、海防等城市都成为了特殊战场。在这场战斗中，雷达部队以英勇、坚韧、机智和创造的战斗精神，积极“寻敌抗干扰”，防空部队变身为“火龙”、“银燕”，打败敌人的进攻，为创下“河内-空中奠边府”世纪奇迹做出了贡献。 在与美国空军激战的12昼夜中，北部军民共击落了81架飞机，其中B-52轰炸机34架，俘虏美军飞行员数百人。 在与美国空军激战的12昼夜中，北部军民共击落了81架飞机，其中B-52轰炸机34架，俘虏美军飞行员数百人。这也是美军自诩“空中堡垒”的B-52轰炸机首次被击落如此之多。 美国空军的失败迫使美国停止对北纬20度线的轰炸，只能建议越南回到巴黎谈判桌上，结束越南战争，恢复越南和平。 在这场12个昼夜的空战中，越南大获全胜，美帝惨败，被世人誉为“空中奠边府”之战，彰显越南军民的本领、智慧和英雄气魄，是胡志明时代越南人致力于国家统一、民族独立和自由的巨大战斗决心、意志和力量的生动体现。 50年过去了，“河内-空中奠边府大捷”的壮歌依旧响亮，永远成为了民族历史的辉煌里程碑。“河内-空中奠边府大捷”展示了党的本领、智慧和战略眼光，体现了胡志明时代以越南人民军为核心的越南人民战争的力量。 1972年“河内-空中奠边府大捷”的地位、意义和宝贵经验迄今仍保持原有价值，完全可以运用于今天的越南社会主义祖国的建设和保卫事业中。（完）
