During his participation at the 39th OANA Executive Board Meeting from November 16-17, 2015 in Seoul, VNA General Director Nguyen Duc Loi (right) and Executive Director of Iran’s state news agency IRNA Mohammad Khodadi on November 16 signed an agreement on bilateral information exchange.
